Cancellation Policy
You will incur the cost of a missed lesson unless 24 hours’ notice has been given — this gives me time to try to fill your empty slot. And this includes at the beginning of a new set of lessons, extending to illness, injury, inclement weather, unforeseen road conditions, car trouble, medical appointments, forgetfulness and no shows.
Postponements, rain checks etc are set only when more than 24 hours’ notice has been given.
Three cancellations within one block booking, will forfeit one lesson. Extended absences cannot be made up.
The same policy applies to gift vouchers.
With only a certain amount of slots available per week, your adherence is appreciated. In the event of my absence, I will make up the lesson.
If you are late to a lesson, it cannot go over your arranged time due to schedule constraints.
Should you wish to discontinue lessons, please provide as much notice as possible. Thank you very much.
